Last night, I had a great time at the opening Gala for the beautifully restored Historic 1927 Lansdowne Theater! My office worked with State Rep. Gina Curry & the Delco Delegation to secure more than $2M in state grants supporting this restoration. Welcome back, Lansdowne Theater. You were missed!
I recently joined State Rep.'s Leanne Krueger & David Delloso, along with Ridley Township Commissioners, to deliver $1.4M in state grant funding for safety upgrades along MacDade Boulevard. Thank you to the family of Damien Hocker—tragically killed crossing MacDade in '24—for your ongoing advocacy.

📣 I was proud to join my colleagues to present a $300K check to the YMCA of Eastern Delaware County for its new Early Learning Center. This 17,000-square-foot facility in Drexel Hill will serve up to 140 children, expand access to affordable childcare and support hands-on training for DCCC students.

PECO is pulling in sky high profits, up more than 47.7% after last year’s rate hikes, and now they are asking for another massive increase: 12.5% for electricity & 11.4% for natural gas. Working families in Delco are already stretched too thin. PUC hearings will be announced in the coming weeks.

Today is National Vietnam War Veterans Day. On March 29, 1973, the last U.S. combat troops left Vietnam. More than 2.7 million Americans served, including thousands from Southeast PA. We honor their courage, sacrifice, and legacy—and continue to reflect on the lessons of their service.
Today I joined the Swarthmore Ghost Ride honoring cyclist Teddy Einstein, who tragically died this past December at Penn Pines & Providence Rd in Upper Darby. I met with his wife, Ruth, offering condolences to her and their children, Charlie & Lorcan, and presented a Senate citation in his memory.
Today, I was excited to join DCCC President Dr. Marta Yera Cronin for the long‑anticipated opening of DCCC’s new Southeast Center at the former Archbishop Prendergast High School site in Drexel Hill. A first-class educational facility, modern labs, hands‑on learning spaces—opportunity begins here!
