As for the whole uranium/nuclear issue: we had a strong system in place to prevent it. Trump killed it because Obama set it up. The height of pompous stupidity and ego led to all of this.

Iran now sits with a better footing and control than it once did before DT started playing around with things he doesn't understand. Even if oil barrel prices go down, the price to go through the Straight adds $2M per ship and everyone will pay that.
While I am very thankful the sitting president of our country didn't follow through with his genocidal threat, make no mistake that his war of choice with no planning or goals that didn't gel with our own intelligence agencies, killed innocent people and members of our military, was for nothing.
While it does merit removal (and so much more did already before this), it does not happen quickly so if Trump decides to stick to his plan these legislators waited far too long to stop a madman. They still must. But he has caused in country and world damage even before whatever happens tonight.
