No excuses from white podcasters about why their guests are all/mostly white. Finding Black women to be on your show is as simple as posting that you're looking for them. I'm always blown away by how many AMAZING women are just waiting for someone to finally recognize their brilliance.

I posted on Threads that you can refuse weigh ins at the doctor if you want and this happened. Now I remember why I left that place last year. I just wish this site were more active.
Did you know you can refuse the weigh-in at your doctor’s office? If they do anything other than say “ok, no problem,” then find a new provider.
