*good. I accept the irony but this is simply autocorrect!

Had the same experience. Friend self published. Story itself was Goodison but Christ, did it need an editor. Couldn't finish it as it drove me insane with grammatical errors, typos and bad sentences. Hope he isn't on Bluesky.

Just doesn't sound that way from your comments. Maybe if you had voted, it would have gone someway to helping ensure the world wasn't stuck with the orange man baby in charge.

Mate, you just sound like a trump supporter with voter's regret. One is arguably among the best presidents in US history. One is unquestionably the worst. Repeating your same comment doesn't make it any more correct.

Haha would have loved to see them deliver this

Just had an email from Amazon telling me my #AmazonMusic family plan is going up from £199 to £219 "per billing cycle".
Well shut the front door.
Who knew I was shelling out anything outside of the standard Prime subscription, let alone 200 sheets a year?
Time to reconsider my options.

16k columns? Sounds like you're using the wrong tool.

Personally i think these have seen better day and are only good for the bin. My wife seems to think they're still perfectly fine and will make great banana cake/bread/etc. Hmmm.

The #A3000 came to my school just a little late in the day for me to have real fun with. Staggering spec for the time (compared to the Beebs), I feel like this never hit the heights it truly deserved, coming onto the scene during a somewhat transitional period for home computing.

Always feel we're stronger with him at the back. Not sure why he started off as a sub so often.

Get them into Poker. Same 'analogue' playability but much more fun.

No idea what's going on here but sound intriguing if I could understand it.

Already exists, had a TV with this funtionality on holiday. However, doesn't work as well as you think it might because a TV remote isn't on a desk, you wave it about. Much harder to control the pointer, ends up all over the place. Preferred the 'normal' way in the end.

Possible, just unlikely.

A brief tour of the PDP-11, the most influential minicomputer of all time It helped popularize the interactive computing paradigm we take for granted today.

Smell a rat here. No access to the internet back when these were around (early 70s) and any business that could have conceivably stored this kind of data (porno bookshop, porno author etc) Would have balked at the punch card / switch entry system. No kb in sight. arstechnica.com/gadgets/2022...

Poker night. Final hand of the evening and in a strong position chip-wise with King-Nine Spades suited. Villain has pocket 3s. All-in, Heads up, flop reveals 5,3,6. Assume I'm done for. Turn reveals 9 of Spades, river reveals the Queen of Spades. Game over, great way to finish the night.

Recommend to anyone who loves a rocknroll read...regardless of any love of rocknroll. Improved by sitting on a beach in Barbados.
