I heard it is #superbowl Sunday This visitor came to our house and sat on a post and let us film. Superb!

The hamburger buns at the health food store are too dense and wheaty, even for me.

4. He isn’t sorry. He means every racist thought he shares.

What Myra does in Hawaii.

We planned this trip last summer when it seemed like a good idea. Now, elder issues have come up and it might not be a good idea but the trip is paid for and non-refundable. Perhaps it was a very good idea.

Traveling today to a tropical island. Maui, then Molokai, our favorite. Feeling lucky, hoping to put thousands of miles of ocean between ourselves and the grief. So much heaviness.
