Yes and I did exactly that. Now that a senior member of the cabinet has made it clear what her views are of white liberals like me I feel very sad for the future of the party I was a member of for 50 years. I certainly won’t be voting for them until Starmer disavows her views.

Starmer did tell dissatisfied members to leave the party. They really ought not be surprised when tens of thousands did.

The thing that really annoys me about all this Mandelson stuff is that the US Ambassador role was not vacant! There was already a highly qualified and competent woman in the position

And now this thing about finding a job for Starmer's ex Head of Comms?

Jobs for the Boys alive and well

The English Establishment always has been preposterous. Good to see more people realising it.

Starmer doing his very best to make that come true.

The oddest bit is that Starmer ever became leader of an organisation, let alone a government. He’s not competent to run a sweetie shop.

Brexit was not an event, it is a process. The damage is cumulative and will keep accumulating until ”Peak Brexit”, probably during the 2050s. That is when the English electorate will come to their senses and expel all Brexiteers from the legislature.

Until then, it is just going to be pain.
