Well, the time has come. I am a dedicated reader, but for me, it is a solitary affair, a portal into other worlds that I prefer to explore alone. Yes, I do not like book clubs. I’ve tried. It would seem to be a natural fit for me, but alas. Square peg, meet round hole.

I'm not a vegan, but I am suffering with this ongoing egg shortage. I ventured into the world of scrambled tofu this morning, and was pleasantly surprised. Tofu also has more protein, fewer calories, and less cholesterol than eggs. I might just be a convert! #eggshortage #tofuscramble #notavegan
