The Dragon would be the closest, but we know China has a huge AI presence and Putin doesn't have nearly as much stuff in space as China. He respects the Christian faith (so not the antichrist) and doesn't claim to be holier than thou like someone we know (the false prophet).

Oddly he doesnt fit any of the descriptions as well matched as the other three when it comes to Revelations, prophecies or even numerology. Definitely was focused on him being somewhere in there, but surprisingly he doesn't quite line up as perfectly as the three.
