For this reason, I stopped taking it for three days in an attempt to keep my blood pressure up. I ended up at my GP’s office with a resting heart rate of 188. He nearly sent me to the ER from his office. My story is one of many. My empathy for Brian is out of network. 5/5

It was $600 a month without insurance. I went home and cried. As a result, I was forced to take my old beta blocker every other day with the same results. As time went on, even a quarter of a dose would bottom out my bp. 4/5
My cardiologist at the time prescribed a new med called Corlanor that would lower my heart rate without bottoming out my blood pressure. United denied it. My cardiologist spoke to them directly. They still denied it bc an insurance company knows what’s best for heart better than my cardiologist🙄.3/5
I have naturally low blood pressure. Back then I was lucky if it broke 100/65. For a very long time, I chose between having a resting heart rate of 130+ & being bedridden because of it, or taking my beta blocker & having dangerously low blood pressure like 85/57 & being bedridden because of it. 2/5
Before aging out of private insurance, I had United Healthcare. One of my disabilities is inappropriate sinus tachycardia. One of the treatments for this is a type of medication called a beta blocker. On top of lowering blood pressure, they can be used to lower heart rate. 1/5
The artwork is exceptionally cute. The rules are straightforward and easy. It’s surprisingly fun. Games can run long. We called it a night at over an hour in. You need a decent amount of table or floor space— for example, our coffee table didn’t cut it and we had to move to the dining room😅.
I’ll let you know how it is when we play it (most likely tomorrow) c: .
A picture of a tabletop game titled Command of Nature.
A picture of the back of the box for a tabletop game called Command of Nature. It says, “Glory awaits the master of the elements. Harness the magic of the forest and go head-to-head with rival Sages in this strategic deck building game from the creators of Here to Stay and Casting Shadows. Summon Elemental Warriors from the Pebble, Droplet, Twig, and Leaf factions and enter combat to prove your powers. As the battle continues, you’ll level up and gain access to extraordinary new abilities and Elemental Champions. When the dust settles, will you emerge victorious?” The text beneath it lists the game’s contents.
My partner and I have started our deck building and board game collection! Anyone familiar with this one? #commandofnature
Somewhere in outer space, a purple-haired woman in a blue gown lays on a mattress too small for her as a naked angel shoots star arrows at her abdomen, but it goes through an empty hole in her and just pins her to the bed instead. Small sleep paralysis demons casually sit with her in the mattress. Long, swirling clouds that seem to stretch on forever take the form of sheep and coil around the scene, some of the cloud sheep yelling at her. She sheds two tears. Several golden stars decorate the art piece.

Meet my little lady🥹💕. Her name is Hanya. She is 9. She loves pets, treats, her hammock and yelling at birds. She is genuinely one of the best things to ever happen to me.
Do we use hashtags here? If so, #hanyaoftheday #hanya #cats
