I also resisted trying birth control due to fear of side effects my whole life. But I didn't seem to have any. I had friends with IUD horror stories but my experience has been easy (thank goodness)

Good luck... Whatever method you pursue, you can change your period life for the better!!

Although I don't have endo, I went from Nothing to IUD years ago and basically haven't had a period since. I still get some mood flux at times, but lightly, and the IUD has simply been .. life changing. No more heavy flows requiring a cup, giant pad, and period shorts to catch everything else.
