Single-handedly going to pester everyone to watch this show and join me in the hole that is becoming a fan of Takarazuka Revue, and Castlevania is the gateway drug

This is on top of the CD they announced recently which includes the Symphony of the Night soundtrack, the love for this show is so great

It’s split into two albums because of course it is, but go listen!

It’s only on Apple Music (they have exclusivity and a limited selection even in Japan), but you can stream the Castlevania Takarazuka Revue musical OST anywhere in the world

The one release I’m kinda sad I couldn’t find was Hard Rock Hallelujah which was getting a Japan-only (???) picture disk, but it’s not the end of the world

I feel lucky, Laufey was plentiful even being a popular one I saw a lot of people get, but Moe Shop’s release is VERY limited and Japan-only and I got their last copy

Oh yea never had a chance to snap the big Tommy February6 banner they’ve had as more of her old albums got onto vinyl recently

Definitely need to get to snagging some as I don’t have any of them yet from last year’s selection or this

Getting much closer but still expecting more like 10:30am to see the records, it’s a long line but a lot of stock

If I was to conservatively estimate it’ll be at least another 40mins till I’m at the records so it’s just a waiting game

Look, if I wasn’t doing Record Store Day solo, I would do it, especially since I’ve also not tried their bar since the renovation yet

I’m not immune

Depending on if I do or do not get my wants for RSD I also have a consolation record I may try to snag that’s not on the list from general sale but not thinking on that much

Worst is that, like, I woke up early enough that I easily could’ve done much earlier so I will kick myself if I fail

One of the staff walked past and got talking to someone where I overheard there’s roughly 150 people in line which would probably leave me above 100 but not too much above? Looks a lot more to my eyes but yea

Hoping all is ok for Record Store Day but with it being the first time I’m participating on the morning for opening you can tell I made the mistake of ‘only showing up 30 minutes before opening’

Tower Records Shibuya is pretty busy!

This is entirely done because of the loss of IMAX in Dune and a way to rebrand the cinema chain premium formats under a unifying name

And like, it’s not a bad idea, every cinema having its own name makes it hard to tell, but it’s also a little funny
