I actually had to stop consuming true crime content when I realized it was impacting how I thought about the world. I caught myself being more hostile to other people and more racist.

My first attempt at top surgery was at a Catholic hospital that I didn't realize was Catholic (it wasn't saint anything).

They cancelled a few months before my surgery and I had a mental breakdown.

It took another two years to find another surgeon and get in for a consult.
