Accrescent 0.27.0 is here! This is the most significant release we've made to date:

We still plan on making it after our next app release. The app release is a much higher priority since app updates are delayed until it's out.
The servers were deployed a few weeks ago. However, our next app update had unexpected bugs, delaying its release.
As a result, updates for all apps have been delayed since. We apologize for the delay and hope to resolve it by the end of the week. Thank you for your patience!
Development on our roadmap is progressing smoothly. Our next app and server releases are undergoing final testing before deployment.
We hope to make an announcement soon about what Android's recently announced developer verification requirements mean for Accrescent. Stay tuned!

Since we published our blog post on the future of Accrescent, donations have increased dramatically.

We recently discovered a large Monero donation was received in the short time after we updated our article's reported income but before it was posted. We've now updated it to reflect this.

There isn't. We have a roadmap which should give a rough idea of what needs to be done before then (github.com/orgs/accresc...), but there are no time estimates.
The developer console has a new release with notable changes for app developers 👉
• Apps with native code must include 64-bit libraries
• The console UI is more responsive when submitting apps
• Unsupported ABI targets will no longer prevent publication

You don't need to roll back if you're on 0.20.0. Any version from 0.19.0 upward is fine, including 0.20.0.
However, to answer your question, you can't roll back an app update on Android without uninstalling the current version and then installing the older version. It's a security measure.
