Did we really need this many different names for the same game? Nebulus, Tower Toppler, Castelian, and Kyorochan Land. There's also Subline, if you count the Italian bootleg release.
Titan has a neat concept: block breaking but you're in a maze that you can freely move through. All of its implementation, on the other hand, works very hard at draining any fun out of it.
