This format can have some very big plays.

The big difference is that many decks run very few if any enchantments but most decks will have artifacts.

Not just that but every deck above 2% meta share in the last 30 days is either Blue or Badgermole Cub or both.
Looking at the past year instead only slightly changes this with mono-red jumping in at 3.7%.

An iPhone that prioritizes lifespan, has easily fixable and replaceable parts and the ability to easily change the OS at any time. Basically just the antithesis of planned obsolesce in the form of a smart phone.

Card Selection and banking a couple mana for a later turn can be very strong though.

Usually this sort of ability is on an enchantment, being on an artifact as a tap ability is relevant as it lets you get multiple uses out of it per turn if you have an untap effect.

I don't think many decks will want it but it'll be very good in the ones that do.

4 mana is the going rate for once per turn impulse draw and milling instead of exiling means you can still get value when you don't play the card. I see the pings as just a bonus, not the reason to run it.
