No, people do not have Superhero fatigue. Deadpool, an R rated Superhero film just grossed over a billion dollars.

A TV series and a Movie are two separate mediums. The character deserves a shot on the big screen as well.

No, we have not seen the whole range of situations the character can be in. She has over 50 years of stories to be told. The TV lasted for 6 seasons and took more from Superman.
