I was thirteen when Paul Simon released his song, The Obvious Child. I simply cannot and will not stay seated when it comes on. There is no jammier jam. I have told numerous people that it will be my funeral song, and an emotionally conflicting conga line must happen or I will haunt.
One of my favourites! This book deserves all the rebirths!
Shakspeare’s Heroines, grey lilac cover with gold lettering, white flowers and foliage, central panel of lilac with small white flower pattern.

I think the best part of when men show me attention is how my whole body thinks it’s dying 🫶
An extremely pale forearm (apologies!) with a healed tattoo of a vintage Glenlivet bottle and an hours-old tattoo of a beloved Nova Scotia duck rolling retriever, gone for a decade now. All dogs are good dogs, but tollers are wonders 🐕🩷
The Glenlivet bottle has a Nova Scotian friend now (pardon the arm that hasn’t seen sun since 1998) #tattoo #ducktoller

Late to the party, but this Rosalia album is making me want to stand menacingly at the end of my enemies’ driveways.
Quinn Hughes on SNL will kill me.
Hit ‘em with a “warmish”

I’m trying to manifest a reissue on that one. And Rufus Wainwright’s Poses. And Indigo Girls’ Swamp Ophelia. So far my powers are…questionable.
Yes! I do have it on my want list. But oh, the shipping! 😂 I’m being stubborn and waiting to see if it crosses my path naturally.
I’ve been keeping an eye out for this on vinyl. GahORGeous album.
Quinn Hughes at the White House will kill me.

I hope you enjoy it:
I’ve already watched an entire hockey game but I have to wait an hour and a half for London Drugs to open so I can get prescription antacids? What even is time
Else the Puck a liar call.
Bill's mother is incredible.
Alright, I’m up to watch Seth Jarvis thrive.
It’s not the ideal outcome, but I can’t help but be proud to see women of any nation get a medal around their neck for playing hockey.
Pink book cover with elaborate gold decoration and title: The Keepsake. The design is leaves and an urn like shape for the title.
Book Cover of the Day:
I think my favourite part of winter is when my thumbs disintegrate.
I’m a fan of the flat whites at Trafiq. Maybe the cappuccinos would be nice too? Just a bit south of Main and 26th ☕️
Had to buy myself an e-reader because of all the horny hockey books I’m plowing through. What a world.
Just waiting on the Conor Garland trade so I can fully die inside #canucks
Sure, the natural world is nice, but I could stare at a piece like this forever. This is the kind of art I covet. PS. This is a painting #lukaspriecko
