I'm constantly reminding adults that we were all children at some point. It's like becoming an adult absolves us of who we were and what we did as children. It's our job to lead and teach children to do better, not belittle them because of their mistakes or ignorance

One of my deal breakers, romantically and platonically, is how you talk about and treat children. Having a genuine disdain for children as an adult, like you weren’t a child yourself, is very weird behavior. You’ll get checked talking recklessly about children around me.

And then on the other side its the lack of discipline from even the smallest of corporations. I'm a firm believer AI should augment, not replace.
So I can't blame humans too much, they got a new toy to play with. But I am looking at yous who use generative AI...STOP IT!

I think we need to reframe how we discuss AI. Because tbh, it feels to me as if this is a sentient being inserting itself into our daily lives. But it isn't. It's tech giants and corporations pushing a product that isn't ready for prime time. No checks or balances. No oversight. Just profits.

Stay the course. Because at the end of the day that's a skill you'll maintain and be proficient in. Whilst everyone else will be staggering backwards wondering why something failed or the outcome wasn't what they expected/wanted
