i've actually silvered the TL-3000. they're most prevalent over mainland Europe, but my first two were over San Jose and Phoenix, and i caught two in Australia as well!

i only have a single Bayraktar TB-2 and Jetstream 41 from when i was hunting this achievement, those will be the hardest.

I have four different BAe-146-300 tail numbers, all Australian - a few seem to regularly fly along the east coast.
