my best piece of advice for drawing is focus less on the solidity of shapes and proper shading and aim for the illusion of them.... does that make sense

i have this issue where I feel like a piece isn't "complete" or worth posting unless it's like fully rendered with a bg and stuff 😭 which is why I hardly post doodles/sketches :') if u guys are okay with less finished stuff I will though..

Art is my duty and I create what I want without restrains, no matter how low my skill level is at the time or what shitty equipment I use. I will always make it work because I have to.

Two things i want to work on as an artist: texture and readability. I feel like i only ever use like 3 textures for everything and alot of my work often looks very messy
