A good friend of mine works at NASA, and has spent the last TEN years of his life working on the Orion CPAS (Capsule Parachute Assembly System), testing it in the deserts of Arizona.

Ten years of design & testing. For this moment.

A bowl of sour white soup 🍜 with three different kinds of bread and meats and hard boiled eggs cut into bite sized pieces, topped with spoons of horseradish.

Horseradish is spooned onto wedges of hard boiled eggs next to a ceramic dish with a dozen decorated eggs in an assortment of colors and a bowl with chopped pieces of meat.

A pretty Easter table is set with Polish patterned dishes. Bowls of meat, cubed bread, hard boiled eggs, and a tureen are ready to serve. Dyed eggs and a butter lamb are off to the sides.

Easter breakfast redone as Tuesday dinner due to a sick person on Sunday. My MIL makes delicious Polish white borscht, with separate bowls for blessed and unblessed items. I especially love the horseradish.

I’d play the heck out of that.
