Your Cards of the Day: In 1946, the East St.Louis Sears issued a 72 postcard set featuring Browns and Cardinals. Of course, the most "valuable" is future Seattle Pilots' manager Joe Schultz.
Pilot sighting! Bell
Your Card of the Day: "One Card Only" Chris Floethe spent seven seasons in the minor leagues. He never made it to the "show."
You are looking live at T-Mobile Park where the Las Vegas Athletics of Sacramento will tangle with the Mariners on a warm but overcast evening. Emerson Hancock toes the rubber for Seattle.
The mysterious hijacker D.B. Cooper was my junior high science teacher.

Your Cards of the Day: A "Gilbey's Gin" advertising sign at Fenway Park is clearly visible on Jim Lonborg's great 1968 poster and 1969 card. This photo of Dalton Jones shows it more clearly. Lonborg's 1968 card is a classic.

You should get the Moreland permanently inked on your arm.
Your Card of the Day: "Pale Hose in the Glowmin'" I like the flag and water tank at Yankee Stadium in silhouette.
Hopefully, you'll pull a Rick Sutcliffe or Keith Moreland tatto.
Whammy Douglass sighting!
Your Cards of the Day: Sam McDowell's "blue period" lasted multiple seasons.

Your Cards of the Day: Topps got a lot of mileage out of a 1966 photo session in Cleveland. Rick Reichardt with three poses and a crop.
Connie Mack was always pinching pennies, but the Carpenters-Phillies owners-should have been able to afford furnace filters.

Your Cards of the Day: "One Card Only" Edition: Brothers Solly and Sammy Drake had but one card each. They both had short careers with limited success at the big league level.
Here are a few Jackie Robinson items on display in my memorabilia room.

You definitely could. Wheaties had hockey and basketball too.
Your Cards of the Day: Here are three in action photos of Pale House twirlers taken at the Oakland Coliseum. The cropping of Rich Gossage leaves something to be desired. @sabrbbcards.bsky.social
I still have my Orioles poster.
