Just the title was enough for me to want to read it but I bought the audiobook seconds after finishing to read the description. 🫣

For Thym, you can use the one in your kitchen to make herbal tea but it can be a bit bitter so I suggest to use only 1 pinch per cup and to add a flower for taste. Elderberry for antiviral properties or Mallow for your lungs are best but you might already have some chamomile which will be ok too. 🍵

If you have headaches or migraines, Feverfew is good. 🙂
If you have a cold, your head hurts because it's harder to breath so Thym and Echinacea are perfect.
