It's the nerd vacation that we don't have to plan! Easily one of the most enjoyable weeks of the year. I'm not a cruise person, but this is just wonderful.

lifeandtrustnyc.com (new NY immersive show based on Faust) was so great! The feeling of curiosity, flow, serendipity, sensuality, and possibility is so unique. We saw the last night of the original cast, a happy accident. Similar to SleepNoMore in mechanics, but new space & new story.

I have a semi-Velcro cat and it is glorious. I squee every time his little paws walk on me, and he settles in for a snuggle.

I was moving to MI from CA, and wistful about leaving. My sister got me a necklace with a California Poppy that matched hers, and said I'd always be welcome to stay with her when I missed home. I think we're as close now as when we lived 30m apart.
