I am recruiting but for some reason I do not feel like interviewing this man, or giving him a reference.

I spent a few 💵💵 on Claude and ChatGPT to see if they could help me with python development.

They are good "monkey see, monkey do" and can help productivity (but you are waiting a lot). They run code and identify issues correctly but author absolutely terrible patches.

TL;DR: Not for junior devs.

Could it be due to string auto-concatenation?

"ur" and "mom" on two different lines is not the same as one entry with "urmom" 😉

Enforcing a ',' on the end of every line prevents an issue when someone use their editor to move the last line up and get "urmom" unsuspectively.

I would have added one point: do not release features to keep up with previously announced time schedule, delay until they are ready. The time and energy it takes to correct problems once in the hand of clients is not worth the trade off.

If you read the article and find yourself disagreeing, take some to try to understand why as you probably need to reconsider some assumptions.

I joined the VC LINX meeting late today about the significant MoU change.

Thankfully, it was not an issue, as only two non-board members were on the call. It must be that the LINX team has done a great job, and no one has questions 😂

Invalid Handle Evidence

Migrated my account to my own pds, it seems bluesky sees my account as having an "Invalid handle". Let's see how it fares 😂
