Decided to try some press on nails as a deterrent of biting mine. I hate the way “real” fake nails ruin your nails. Anyway they are super long & I feel very fancy. Will report back.

My therapist calls it “back to basics” where you just kind of try to get back in that “normal” everyday self care routine. It’s a lot though!!

So, I struggle with skincare a lot (✨depression✨) but Tricia turned me on to these cloths that are water activated. Not saying you shouldn’t get fancy stuff, but might be good to keep in your back pocket for any rougher days. I got it at Walmart.

That’s a good point. Fb is just frustrating in general because I can post something about ppl in need & get 2 likes but I post a pic of my dog & get 40. Like, oh ok, so you DO see me.
