This is a wonderful listen, especially for us Evertonians of…ahem…a certain age. I can really recommend @cbeesleyecho.bsky.social’s Goodison Park: My Home series in general. He’s interviewed so many great Everton figures like Reidy, Joe Royle, even David Moyes! Excellent stuff.

Will the press box be open, Joe?
NOT…..JEALOUS…..AT…..ALL! Have a wonderful night. Can’t wait till I get to make my first visit!
No, I’d give him the chance to play through it. He’s not alone in underperforming right now. I’d like to see us playing a back three, with wing backs freeing N’Diaye and McNeil when fit to play more centrally. Branthwaite and O’Brien either side of Tarkowski or Keane.
Another bleak January day comes to an end on the banks of the royal blue Mersey. A nice bit of tranquility with my best mate before the madness that will be Goodison Park tonight 😊
Everton manager latest:
🔹Dyche talks followed Bournemouth disaster
🔹Exit delayed by contract negotiations
🔹Moyes frontrunner, thought to be open to return despite preference to avoid relegation fight
🔹Belief new manager could be in place for Villa ⬇️

The censorship algorithm on Twitter reduced our audience by roughly 95%, and seriously, who does that to a wildlife biology & advocacy group ?
So we moved 😇 over here to BlueSky

Out walking the dog on Moreton beach. Shaping to be a beautiful Christmas Eve sunset
This is ground control...
If you haven't already, do check out our new film about the history of St Luke's church & hall, located in the footprint of Goodison Park. We're in the final season of calling it our matchday home 💙⛪

I’m not, but I’ve just finished reading the book. Well worth it, with or without your signature! A really original story, with a clever twist that I didn’t see coming. Loved it!
Let’s hope he comes good today. Lucky to be included after last week’s performance. No Mangala and no DCL. Not making a tough fixture any easier with that line up, but I’d love to be proved wrong.
youtube.com/watch?v=Ae67... I’ve just reached the end of three seasons of Loudermilk, a TV comedy drama series from a few years ago that Netflix picked up recently. This scene from episode one is also the trailer that got me to try it. It’s a wonderful show that deserves a wider audience
Tarot card meme- Me: I’m gonna get shit done this weekend (8 of pentacles, a man working) Also me: 3 of cups (3 ladies dancing)
I do not relate to this AT ALL 😂😂🤪 #tarotsky
I’m so glad to hear it! (The Claire House part, not the zimmer frame!)
Sorry to hear you’ve been struggling, Alison. I’ve had back problems in the past and I know how painful it can be. Get well soon. I was at Helen’s Claire House Gold Ball on Saturday night, and heard very positive things about the impact you’ve been making across the board. I knew you’d be great!
Liam is a wonderful young ambassador for Claire House, and this fight is vital for the whole children’s hospice movement. Please help spread the word if you can, people.
A fulfilling part of 2024 was joining the board of Claire House Hospice, Merseyside, as a trustee (stepping into the big shoes of @markthomas101.bsky.social) Liam's fight to protect hospice funding is so important; please share his story if you can www.clairehouse.org.uk/news/liam-we...
Linda McMahon. Was Wile E Coyote unavailable.
A wonderful Goodison night. I was covering it for the Press Association, and it took me all my time to keep it neutral….especially as I had been so outraged by the bookies’ odds against Everton that I had a few quid on us to win!
About bloody time, Joe. Some of us have been here for…three days. Welcome aboard! 😉
Terrific production of 1984 at the Liverpool Playhouse tonight, full of powerful performances. The story is so familiar, and yet managed to be fresh, relevant and disturbing. David Birrell as Parsons and Keith Allen as O’Brien were mesmerising. Only on till Saturday, so catch it if you can!
I have to go to bed, so sadly I'll miss the big moment, but knowing that when I wake up Bluesky will have reached its 20 million-user target is incredibly exciting to me, and I expect too many of you.
So glad this place is blossoming! And so glad to be experiencing its blossoming with all of you. 🦋
Off to the theatre tonight for the first time in a while. Liverpool Playhouse, to see 1984. I’m old enough to have read the book when it was predicting a far-off future!
Share this post please blues so we can expand our community onto bluesky ill be following everyone back 💙💙
Hello! It’s great to be on Blue Sky. I’m told this place is a breath of fresh air, and not at all musky. Just what I needed.
