Remember when Uranos was within Ororo’s grasp, a mere thought of accepting him could have brought Genesis to her knees, potentially triggering the mass genocide of her forces. Yet, Ororo chose mercy. Instead of acting impulsively, she critically evaluated the consequences of unleashing Uranos.
They believed in him, that was his power so she took that belief and lit a match. A match of possibilities that brings forth freedom and change. You are the scarlet witch, this is you at your core.

Belief shines bright where magic weaves while possibilities/freedom remain the priority. It was what allowed for the creation of the spell as well as the freedom of the death wings.

How would she address said power? Exert the storm? She is currently cloaked in civility and would address them as such so that’s where the case comes in.
