I don't know how anyone else feels about this, but to me, sharing a screenshot of chatbot output to make a point of some kind is an excellent way to undermine any credibility that might otherwise be granted to you in the context of whatever you're trying to say.

NZ has pretty good leave policies for birthing parents (6mo partly govt funded, your job held for you if you take another 6mo unpaid) and pretty bad for the other parent (convention is 2 weeks, but genuinely no idea if it's govt-mandated or not). So dbt's 4mo across the board kinda rules for my case

RedirectWeb: Smart URL Router App - App Store Download RedirectWeb: Smart URL Router by Manabu Nakazawa on the App Store. See screenshots, ratings and reviews, user tips, and more apps like RedirectWeb:

Couple of other requests:
- peek/pop support for previewing pages by long pressing the url
- I guess you can't support safari extensions, but I use apps.apple.com/app/id157128... to rewrite x.com to xcancel.com so if there's an alternative way to achieve that, I'd be into it

Ahh that did it! I didn't realise that even when I had no tabs open, there was still a difference between the new tab screen and the tabs overview

@quiche.industries I think I customised quiche so much that all of my settings buttons are gone 😣 is there a url scheme or anything to get back in?

Bad news, team: showing people a raw transcript of your chatbot/agent session is like telling them about the wild dream you had last night. I know it was amazing for you while you were in it, but we're not there anymore.

a screenshot of text from a website. it reads:

The History of the January 1 Birthday
The tradition dates back to the early days of organized horse racing, long before electronic timing and online records. Race organizers needed a simple way to group horses by age since a horse’s age often determines what races they can enter. Instead of tracking every horse’s exact birth date (which would have been a logistical nightmare), they decided that all thoroughbreds would share one official birthday: January 1.

There is a post circulating on Bluesky encouraging the moving of a frozen turkey straight into a pot of hot oil. We are combating this misinformation the best way we know how - through the power of dance music.

Comic. PERSON: Sure, when *Einstein* suggests using the Lorentz transform to explain the connection between velocity and time, people call him a genius. But when *I* suggest it, it’s “basic physics” and “undergraduate stuff.” PERSON 2 with white hat: Such a double standard!

E-scooter rental is a complete commodity to me - I'll use whatever company services whatever city I'm in.

But because there are like 10 different companies, you have to open 10 different apps to see if anything shows on the map.

My kingdom for JustWatch but for scooters

A screenshot of the linked article:

Another time, I asked what it thought of my day. (Because really, how does one strike up an organic conversation with an always-listening AI?) It responded by saying, “What makes you think I have thoughts on your day, Vee?” That’s a weird response considering it’s the entire pitch behind the device.
