Not shift teching. It was a bug in ptb that in a lot of games - killer cant get chase :// Now it’s happening in live.
I think this bug has been in customs for a while before this patch too.

Good Progress on my World Skills entry.
Looks a bit different now. Fixed the wheels and it's almost fully unwrapped.
Can't wait to get this done so I can move on lol
