It isn't the best.

What's the solution to this? The vast majority I saw today were just buying a few albums. Only one guy had a pile of probably 60/70 albums. There are always scumbags that want to make a fast buck in any situation.
I work in a very old (1920s) RM office which is far too small (people send a LOT more parcels than they did 100 years ago) so we work in very close quarters and most of us mask up when we feel under the weather. Otherwise it would be a continuous round of coughs, colds and possibly worse!
Great minds etc etc....
Well, it's think it's great. The energy is off the scale and it's great fun. As it's an 'official bootleg' the sound quality isn't the absolute best but it is fine. I'm out of breath just listening to it! The first in a series, apparently.
It was a pleasure.
I think all managers have a shelf life at a club. Some are long (Fergie, Wenger) some are 2/3 seasons, like Howe. It's a shame because I like him, but he seems to have run out of ideas
Live Boots - Live at Emerald City 1981 by XTC playing on a Audio-Technica turntable.
#NowPlaying #MusicSky Right! Going in. XTC live first. #RSD2026
I've cleaned that first and it's going on in a bit. Will report back. But as XTC are in my top three bands I may be a bit biased!
Fantastic! Happy listening.
Audio-Technica! A lovely find!
No time! Who's going to clean and listen to all those! #NoSleepTilBedtime
Back home! My purchases from my very very early trip to @resident-music.com #RSD2026 The cleaning has commenced #Humminguru And hats off to @resident-music.com for a very enjoyable, happy and incredibly well organised experience.
2500 dog attacks on Posties a year! 20 stitches in my head/face 5 years ago from an attack. These dogs shouldn't exist. And some dog owners shouldn't be allowed to have dogs.
Over a grand at least!
I'll take photos when I get home. Then slump in an armchair for the rest of the day!
I'm so sorry. Full house for me. Resident do stock loads and loads though.
No doubt about it. The only one I saw. Most coming out with just a few records.
Right, I've made my purchases, Jo came over with a flask of tea, croissants and sausage rolls, and now I'm sitting on a bench on London Road fully revitalised. Sort of. #RSD2026
Probably on there already!
Live Crimson and XTC. And some nice remastered Gong, National Health, Walker Bros and some Coltrane. All in stock according to the Resident spreadsheet!
Probably. I think I saw him last year. Definitely the exception in here though. Most people walking out with one or two records.
Even though I'm in the for RSD (don't be cynical, it's mainly people spending money they earnt on records. Nothing more than that) I'm totally format agnostic. Vinyl, CD, Streaming is all okay. It's what you listen to, not how you listen to it. Musicians need to be paid fairly though!
I know I'm in here buying records but this is quite a lot of stuff.
I will, I'm gasping!
Thank you. There can't be many in front of me that want Gong and National Health!
I have ticked my choices. Now to see if they are still in stock when I get to the counter!
42 places better off this year! #RSD2026
Here's the list!
Got here at 4.45. Saw a few Brightonians staggering home but all pretty well behaved! And some lovely people in the queue so it hasn't been too bad.
