I noticed that changing the selection doesn’t update the metadata. I noticed this when the app automatically matched my Superman review to the 1978 one and when I changed it to the 2025 one it still had the metadata from the 1978 movie.

Watched Superman today and I’m conflicted. David Corenswet as Superman, homerun. Krypto, excellent addition to the story. Mr. Terrific, best character in the film. The visuals/fight sequences great. The story though…meh. Character development in the film also felt rushed. I’d give it a solid 7.5/10.

I just got back from watching it. I thought it was good but I didn’t feel a strong emotional connection to the characters which was surprising given Gunn’s previous movies. For example Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3. was great at getting the audience to feel a strong connection to Rocket.

Why the hell did they sign him to an extension? He’s been a huge disappointment his entire tenure with the Bulls.

Superman is one of my favorite Comic book characters. I hope I’m wrong that this movie looks like a WB TV show and doesn’t suck.

These “glass-like” light reflections make everything in the UI look like a sketch drawing. It’s like they took inspiration from the look of Into the Spider-Verse and was like “yep let’s do that”. #ios26

Liquid Glass, more like Liquid Ass. I hate the look of iOS 26 so much. The edge reflections on everything is just too much. Control Center is indecipherable. Dark mode is so bad that I just keep Light Mode on just so I don’t have to see those damn edge reflections. #ios26

If this works, bye bye Deliveries app.

IMO, the only thing Liquid Glass has going for it, is that it’s different. This looks like a design you’d get on a cheap Android device trying to mimic Apple’s OS but with its own flair. I can’t say I’m a fan of this new Fisher Price design language.

The new Microsoft VistaOS…I mean iOS looks awful. I hope I can get used to it but I really don’t like the look of it. It feels like a step back in design.
