Had my physio appointment this morning and it turns out I’ve managed to strain my right hand/wrist. So soon I'll be rocking a very fashionable little brace with a splint.

I’m doing overtime at work today, so sadly there won’t be a stream tonight.🤞🏻 this is the last Friday I have to miss!
