I assume you already tried the previous power supply, right?
Check to see if one of the pins on the power connector got bent.
Does the system power up? You might just need to clear your CMOS. There should be a pin selector on the left side on the mobo. You set the pin to the opposite side, power it up. Then power it back down and place it back the way it supposed to be set.
