I swear to god some of these corporate news outlets would open a window right now and say “We can’t confirm it, but it appears that the ground is allegedly being snowed upon.”

This is the bare minimum I expect from media in terms of accurately portraying what happened. Thanks, Reuters. Everyone else saying “appear to contradict” needs to send their story back to their editors until it’s properly worded.

And I appreciate you speaking up, Mr. president, but I have a hard time understanding the overall strategy here. People are desperate for leadership that they feel are actually doing something, not just issuing mildly worded political statements.

We need to start calling things what they are. They shot three people and killed two citizens. And it’s not “apparent”, videos clearly shows that the administration’s narrative is false.
