They are very iconic! All about finding that balance I suppose.

Always a possibility! I'm strongly considering adding some weird and rare scifi elements.
There's tons of cool weapons for sure! It's just always been the Sheila staple. I think I'm going to have some sort of fantasy alloy of bronze that can hold a shape better at the bigger sizes, or something of the sort. An unwieldy weapon that's supposed to be more symbolic, but is functional for her
Giant bronze swords weren't really a thing historically. Gotta come up with some reason for Sheila to still have her big weapon.
Artwork of Mystique/Raven Darkhölme from the comic series X-Men. Mystique is a shapeshifting mutant. In her original appearance she is a tall woman with an athletic body. She has yellow glowing eyes, blue skin and red long hair. She is wearing red lipstick, a white shoulderless top and long white gloves. On her forhead she has a ornament in form of a skull. Blue Da Ba Dee!

Can't trust such tricksters 😂
So true. So much easier to do research nowadays
Whimsy is a good thing to have!
I really want to get back into reading. It can be very hard to set aside the time for it.
I dig that. I made it part way through the second book and was loving it, but that's around the time I stopped reading altogether. A habit I need to get back into. It's a series I want to return to someday.
He tackles a pretty massive story with so many people and places!
Yeah very true there's a lot of assumptions that sort of just exist thanks to so many stories and shows.
Learning is totally part of the fun! Though it's daunting, time consuming, and requires me to filter how much realism I truly want.
Oh that's super fair! I only read the first book, but I could already tell then that the world was deep. It was one of the first settings that got me to think about gods in fantasy in a different way.
Oml so true. I've been digging into wiki pages and threads about various cultures and customs.
Anyone have a favorite fantasy setting? What about it do you like?
I've finally gotten around to revising my main fantasy setting a little. Suddenly I find myself shifting everything towards bronze-age fantasy style things.
Super cute! Lovely work
Ah thanks so much for saying so!
Those magic users can't be trusted... But sometimes their choices can be appreciated 😂
A digital pinup drawing of my character, Sheila the swordswoman, wearing a bunny suit. She's posing and speaking her thoughts, believing that the suit may not actually be a magical artifact as she had been told.
Little bit of Easter Day Cheesecake.
Probably all depends on the wizard creating the gear 😂
Thank you!
A bunny suit is a bunny suit!
Super cute sketch!

Fair enough! I gotta wait until after the work shift ends, but then I'll do a little doodling
I appreciate that! Been a very slow day so far, as one might expect. Just a few hours left to go
Totally fair! I'm an enjoyer of cheesecake now and then haha
The energy we're looking for 😂
Gotta get scribbling after this work shift!
All of @melodygilman.bsky.social 's gals in bunny suits have inspired me.
Sheila in a bunny suit?
