Dr Shafii (formerly of modality partnership) in Birmingham UK did it. Sadly as far as I’m aware he’s no longer practicing. Dr Amin is the only other UK doctor that will do as low and tight

Same here man used to be between 7.5” and 8”.

A combo of underuse, being a bit older (and fatter) and 2 circumcisions has taken me down to 6” (smoking won’t have helped either)

Got a new 2in1 silicone stretcher from @oxballs.bsky.social the clone duo, quite the intense stretch for silicone, and wearing just one half would make a good cushion for metal stretchers

Is there much difference in the colours?

I wear a silicone ring under the metal weights to act as a cushion. I also apply body butter to moisturise the sac regularly. Combined it reduces (though doesn’t totally eliminate) chafing.
