I multiply those by evenings rather than hours for me. How many days of the week will I lose to doing this that I'm not doing my own stuff. I charge £60 and evening. Minimum for a character at pick up tabletop is £120, for bigger piece like primarchs I'd effectively add another couple of evenings

If and when I do commissions I pitch on a clear tiered standard (tabletop, pick up and look tabletop, display)

Always clear on if assembly is included too, if had too many badly assembled models that are then a pain to paint or FW resin that's been built and not cleaned.
