Here we can catch glimpses of what the radically different mechanics behind the planned Hard Mode Sans fight would've involved. Here, he actually has a whopping ten million HP, along with a hardcoded chance to dodge that increases asymptotically to 100% as his HP decreases to 0.
This was the first time I ever modded Undertale, so of course there were plenty of bugs as I figured things out. But the funniest one I got has to be this:
I really wanted Undertale's Hard Mode to be real, so I modified my save file to see what would happen if I fought Sans in Hard Mode, but this kinda sucks?? What was Toby thinking??
So yeah I made Mart Lightyear into a Desktoptale thing for the hell of it. Link in the replies below.
10 years ago, I played UNDERTALE for the first time, and it changed me forever for the better. During a tough time, gave me what I needed to begin my journey of self discovery.
