Many hurdles, I understand. I just believe there has to be a way to get “The best of the best minds” out of the public sector and into the private sector, doesn’t mean they have to be wealthy, can be scholars and educators. Golden parachute when returning back to private sector is a nice incentive.

This way, no one who is the best of the best is losing money in order to help the government help us. Should be more financial limits as well, cutting dark money, but the pay and benefits should be large enough to entice the brightest minds for a short period.
We need to be enticing the best.

I believe the opposite, please hear me out. I believe we get the worst representatives like MTG or Mark Wayne Mullin because the really smart people are being paid far more in private sector. Should pay at least equal to many top private sector jobs and THEN term limit.

Yesterday was one of the most exhausting drives I have ever done and I have hauled ass across the USA a few times. In Hawaii! It’s not the mileage, it’s the lack of rest. There’s no flat road, no long straight road, it is just rocking back and forth. No rest at all mentally and it took 8 hours!

Spoke to the man for a bit, retired airline pilot. He bought the land 9 years ago and had to clear a large number of trees on the property to bring in more sun. He lives in the clouds. Has a few goats and sheep on the property.

Went driving around the Big Island of Hawai’i yesterday and what’s more fun than checking out garage sales, right? Well, followed one sign to this amazing place in the Hawaiian sky.
