When you're making a post specifically, "Graphic" is the only option that isn't under "Adult Content" and its description is pretty generic on this screen (I don't know why they're fuckin' different everywhere)

I think some people just read "graphic" as a generic catch-all like "sensitive" rather than "extra-wild" and use it b/c they don't want to call their stuff explicit or even suggestive

fwiw both of these are a little rickety, I've had a couple pieces that I labelled "suggestive" get overridden with "adult" and also there seem to be some places where it mixes up the names and calls both of them "Adult Content" (pictured: in settings vs. on posts)
