tl;dr building restoration ppl parked a loud ass fan in our apt bc someone flooded their unit upstairs. an affected neighbor was told they had to move to a new unit like really suddenly. if they tell us to move units like that i'm going to flip my fucking shit bro why do i gotta deal with this.
