Without that it doesnt matter how much experience you have if you treat your team either like they are robots to just know what to do or cant engage and motivate them you've failed before you even began.

So as someone who has dealt with and had to temporarily do the leader role I have to say what you bring to the table is more valuable to the team. If had several leelader/managers that may have had the experience but completely lacked the person skills to motivate the team.

Fall is the best.
