My third post about caramelized onions this year, you say? No. *Only* my third. Beware.

I'm about to caramelize some onions and roast some asparagus. No negativity can reach me. I am protected, encircled, enthralled.

Years ago, I wrote a short story in the plural first person about a group of Episcopalians who didn’t like their new priest because he was gay but refused to say so outright.

Anyway, as a cradle Episcopalian, this is my magnum opus on being Catholic lite. Enjoy “The New Priest.”
