Especially knowing the IQ tests are colonial constructs built to maintain the illusion of ’white supremacy’ via red line districts

I also know that my ADHD caused me to be a people pleaser as a child, so that I would be accepted . . . it’s wasn’t acceptance, it was conditional friendship

As an ND (ADHD) I can say that I empathize deeply . . . and that makes me avoid certain people because I can’t handle their energy . . . so I’m very introverted and quite happy
