Absolutely agree. The number of men at my gym who wipe down the equipment properly is small. As a woman I don’t know what they do in the loo but as most gyms are full of men and are pretty grimy I wonder what the evil count is on equipment. Wash your hands everyone!

The amazing Ukrainians literally strike again. I do worry about the birds and animals everywhere in the middle of these strikes. Seems a massive loss for wildlife and nature too.

Ukraine successfully struck Russia's Novokuibyshev and Syzran oil refineries in the same night. Russia's oil industry continues to get pounded.

Ukraine is now leading the world in Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs). These robots is saving Ukrainian lives and Russia isn't even trying to keep up with Ukraine anymore.
