Your art is just so damn cool. It’s such a feast for the senses and I love it when you come up on my daily scroll.
Illustration about the creative process: on the left, a simple circle with the text 'Just do it first', below, a neater 'You can do make it good later'; on the right, the path from a rough sketch of a man to a stylish, finished illustration

As seen in profile, a bearded aboriginal man of middle years sits with legs crossed on a perch of orange rock. He stares determinedly across flat barren plains topped by a beautiful blue sky. Breaking the upward sweeping pattern of wispy clouds, the contrail of a heavenly object arcs to the ground. Painted in indigenous style, its downward trail continues in the pictographs painted on the rock above the man. The surrounding art is a mix of decorative shapes and narrative elements. At the edge of the rock, above the contrail, a figure falls with arms and legs flailing. The older man holds a boomerang while several more rest on the stone near him. Beside him sits a boy with eyes cast dreamily upward as he grips a spear with the butt resting against the stone. Both are bare chested, wearing only loincloths.

Commissioned out of the blue by a Japanese firm for a calendar. I never learned how the company got my name or contact info. After providing a summary of what they wanted me to explore, they left me to it. 1/2

⭐🐙Inspired by asdfmovie16 by TomSka, and a Waterdeep game I am in.
The party finally discovered my character was Jarlaxle in disguise, and no one was able to touch him when he ran... no one, save for our goblin barbarian who nailed him perfectly with his spare club! XD

Another artist that has a takedown request open for the above video and the artists that were not credited.

He used a ton of Echo’s work for a recent video about Jarlaxle, and many other videos, as well as one of my bought and paid for commissions. He blocked at least 1 artist asking him to give them credit as well.

Want to make you aware:
He did not reach out to a single fan artist featured in this video before using their art nor did he ask for permission to use their art and this video is full of it. No credit given.
He monetizes his videos on Patreon basically on the backs of their community work.
I did a short story (a teaser for the last DemonWar book, actually) for an anthology whose Kickstarter began today.
I'm in good company here - check it out!

hi from entreri
Today is Earth Day, so let me tell you that our home world is the weirdest one in the solar system, and the competition is pretty stiff.

I shouldn’t say “only engagement” - he attracts a very specific brand of Facebook machismo Drizzt fans. Like those dudes that say shit like “No table or DM will welcome you with that character idea”
IM SORRY YOU SUCK AS A DM BUDDY
Dude is such a fandom culture vulture that at this point seems to just want to hear himself talk at the expense of whatever.
His Jarlaxle obsession only seems to last to the Sellswords books as well. He barely covered anything beyond that version of him. WE KNOW, BRO
I’ve tried to watch his videos a long while ago and they’ve been so self serving and cringy outside of the use of AI that I wasnt even able to get anything constructive out of the lore.
There’s no discussion and the only community engagement is with the 65 folks on his Patreon
This user also has a Patreon with videos behind a paywall that may feature your art as well. He pulled a lot of fan work from the Drizzt community for monitized videos and has been blocking artists asking for credit or for them to be taken down.
Wanted to let you know as well!
Hello!!
Wasn’t sure best way to let you know, but there’s a YouTube account that’s nicked some of your work for drow and D&D lore videos. This specific video at 3:18 features your Shadowheart:
youtu.be/5xU_qiR9thk?...
As there's a lot of drow and bg3 mutuals, he yoinked my Karlach art, skim if he yoinked your art too.
Panel 1: A silhouette with an umbrella stands on the other side of an iron gate at the top of a stairwell. The hall is lit a deep red, leaving the cool blues that comprise the rainy outdoors to spill down the concrete steps. Panel 2: They close the umbrella, water droplets shaking off. Panel 3: A closer shot of Adra, who sighs as they go down the steps.

it’s extremely important for you to know that in 2022 the shortwave radio station UVB-76 (or УВБ-76), a Russian military numbers station also known as “The Buzzer”, was hijacked by pirates who proceeded to broadcast, among other things, fucking Bad Apple

Moreover, I fucking love Aldrich as a bad guy. He’s truly horrible, cruel, and terrifying.
