a few notes, since bill is presumably named after bill gates, i chose the name grace after grace hopper. also i tried to give her outfit a sortof red green and blue color scheme. like the gen 1 pokemon games :) though the red is quite subdued

she now doubles the chance of her moves' secondary effects
