I toured HCMC today. This public safety-net hospital serves everyone no matter ability to pay and is one of the highest-ranking in the US for trauma and other services.
It serves all of Minnesota, not just Hennepin County. It’s a great public asset and we will make it stronger.

BREAKING: I'm taking Trump to court over his illegal executive order that tries to restrict our freedom to vote.
Trump has already attempted to overturn a free and fair election, and I will not allow him to interfere with mail-in voting in Minnesota.
When Trump imposed illegal tariffs on everyday Americans, I joined my fellow AGs and sued him. Our case went all the way to the Supreme Court and we won.
Even still, Minnesotans have felt the effects of rising costs across the board.
We defeated another one of Trump’s efforts to misconstrue federal law to force MN to abandon duly passed state laws and become a colder, less caring state.
I will always fight to ensure every Minnesotan can live with dignity, safety, and respect.

Today, I once again asked the MN legislature to support my bipartisan bill to fight Medicaid fraud.
We convicted 300+ people for Med Fraud since I’ve been AG but the law hasn’t kept up with the need. We need stronger tools to investigate and prosecute and protect public dollars.
The US DOJ's settlement with Live Nation does very little to actually change the status quo and stop the harms being done to concert-goers, artists, and music venues. I will keep working to continue this litigation and hold Live Nation accountable for their unlawful behavior.

I’m mourning the loss of Sgt. 1st Class Nicole Amor. She served our country with distinction in the military for more than 20 years. We owe her a debt of gratitude and our respect and honor for her ultimate sacrifice.
