I can think a couple of them that were still doing it in the noughties

The Best of Enemies (2019) with Taraji P Henson and Sam Rockwell
Debbie Harry (although obviously I just knew her as Blondie) was my first crush from the moment I saw her on TOTP as a four or five year-old. Fortunately it wasn't until several years later that I realised she was older than my mum
About time! Congratulations!
Lovely piece about a gem of a show
I too only discovered them recently and yeah, they are fab
Thank you so much Ian
I know nothing about interior design but I can still see a litany of things wrong with this, including the fucking asterisk. Would probably need to spend another 150k sorting it out
Yes, that was exactly the analogy I was thinking of.
Spent hours playing with this many years ago
It's a brilliant collection. It was permanently in my in-car cd changer when they were a thing
I hope he's enjoying it
Thanks so much for doing this Ian. If you could include my mum: Sue Ashton (no relation to Lord Ashton, but I did go to school at LRGS down the road) #Mums26
Its my theory that the "successful" leaders are the ones who don't change like that when they leave office (Thatcher and Blair spring to mind)
So sorry to read this. Sending love ❤️
Brilliant piece!
I think that's a very charitable reading of her motivations, but you may be right
To be fair, it doesn't always need a car, for some people a shopping trolley will suffice for all reason to disappear
#LanyardIndie @nndroid.bsky.social
@dorianlynskey.bsky.social and @iandunt.bsky.social 's @originstorypodcast.bsky.social episode on appeasement (and the one on the daily mail) explain just how pro Hitler/Nazi Germany some papers were
1000% this
Blimey! I hope something is sorted ASAP.
What a great chat and a great film. Not watched it in about 25-30 years and now feel compelled to remedy that
Love Sam Rockwell
It's one of my favourite shows of all time. It's genius.
I'm guessing they had little option in the end. The only tv spin off I'm interested in is"Kidd and Wint".
I would definitely add @garwboy.bsky.social to that list
I don't expect you to know who I am but you do follow me on Twitter
Yeah, I reckon a lot of us are in that place
It feels like the closest there's been is actually Cameo. I know it's not the same thing, but they did have an ad side of the business (that they got in trouble for) and you can imagine if they'd had their feet on the ground/been better managed this might have been an area they could have grown into
